HBC says goodbye to Erin Pearce after almost two years of hard work and fun. Erin and her family are moving to the State of Washington. She will be missed and we wish her lots of success!

This large scale tenant improvement project for a repeat client spanned 50,000 square feet across two buildings consisting primarily of physician offices and shared common areas. Each office was designed uniquely to accommodate the requirements of different divisions composed of cardiology, neurology, urology, OB/GYN, and internal medicine. The 24-week build-out also included an exterior tank farm for a three chamber Wound Healing Center as well as a Blood Draw Lab, both of which were built to OSHPD3 standards.

History of LABC Founded in 1936, the Los Angeles Business Council (LABC) is as much a part of Los Angeles as the historic Downtown buildings from the same era. From the outset, LABC has represented Los Angeles’ forward-thinking ideals by facilitating the growth of one of West Coast’s major hubs of progressive education: University of California, Los Angeles. As a non-profit, the organization successfully expanded UCLA’s presence and then broadened their reach to encompass all of Los Angeles while continuing to advocate for education, sustainability, and business.¹

Chad Epeneter has joined HBC as a Director of Client Relations in the Los Angeles office. He has previously held management roles at Lincoln Property Company, CBRE, and DPR Construction. At HBC, Chad will be joining Olivia Crever and Nima Namdar as part of the Business Development team. They work alongside our Project Management and Executive teams to provide the very best service for our clients.
