About NFL Los Angeles
Located in Inglewood’s “Hollywood Park,” the NFL Los Angeles project totals almost 300,000 square feet of office, studio, and postproduction space with the ability to safely accommodate up to 800 NFL employees. Five top-of-the-line studios, in addition to control rooms, edit bays, a podcast booth, and a screening theater are just a few features of one of the most technologically advanced production facilities ever designed. Adjacent office and postproduction areas offer flexible support spaces, along with talent hosting, entertaining areas, conference rooms, privacy pods, and a farm-to-table commissary.
As this project was completed during the height of the pandemic, employee wellbeing was at the forefront of every design decision. Several building upgrades were made under the guidance of NFL’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Allen Sills, and Chief Security Officer, Cathy Lanier. In addition to optimizing the entire building’s air filtration and ventilation systems, several other preventative measures were integrated as well, including MERV-13 filters, bipolar ionization, and UV lighting in the ductwork, plus touchless technology throughout. Several materials and features were upgraded mid-project for easier cleaning and a safer workplace experience for employees.
