Nima Namdar joins the Orange County Business Development team after having grown in his role with the company over the last ten years. He started with HBC in 2005 as a Project Engineer and was promoted to Project Manager in 2008. Having provided exceptional service and established loyal relationships with his clients and with industry partners along the way, he has grown naturally into the role of Business Development.

Even through the phenomenal growth we’ve had since I joined HBC, maintaining quality, long-term relationships with our clients and partners has remained a guiding principle for all of us here. I strive to continue that approach and help build HBC’s presence even further in the Orange County market,” says Namdar.
Nima looks forward to deepening his existing relationships and building many new ones as he expands his role into Business Development in Orange County. He brings a deep knowledge of all aspects of projects, and, as a result, understands the various needs of clients, brokers, construction managers, architects, designers and subcontractors. His relationships within the industry are based on trust and open communication, and he looks for every opportunity to promote collaboration between HBC and the commercial real estate industry at large.
