Project Description

Located in the heart of Silicon Beach, this adaptive reuse project entailed 80,000 square feet of creative office space for a growing entertainment media brand.  Following a dramatic 31-foot glass entry is a double staircase that leads up to three floating mezzanines that overlook an exposed “all hands” bleacher seating area and house executive and open office space, capped by a production studio and greenroom.  Unique to this space are three circular conference rooms and pantry constructed with cutting edge 3form materials.  In addition to the interior build-out, and concurrent with base building construction, extensive structural renovations were required to accommodate the architects design requirements.
