Project Description

The Met Costa Mesa re-imagines today’s high-end office space with creative interior and exterior renovations, spanning 600,000 square feet in three high rise buildings, connected by a central courtyard. Interior renovations include executive and general offices, open office areas, conference centers, kitchens, lounges, and break areas throughout multiple floors in all three buildings. Attached to the executive offices are executive lounges that provide showers, locker rooms, and seating rest areas. High-end finishes feature a mix of wood and fabric panels, stone and wood flooring, and a blend of acoustical and exposed ceilings. The innovative design was brought to life via steel and glass décor throughout the space and wood slat walls with specialty designed feature walls in each lobby that provide a modern feel. Exterior remodels to the central courtyard include new cabanas, trellises, a café, event lawn, drive isle for food trucks, outdoor seating, and cutting-edge landscaping. The entry portals were also completely revamped highlighted by steel build out to all the portals cladded with high end composite aluminum and back painted glass with stainless steel trims.
