Project Description

This 1st generation space in Spectrum Terrace was transformed into an elevated corporate headquarters for a leading commercial real estate information company. The 100,000 square foot project encompasses four floors and an outdoor patio. Clients and visitors are greeted by a sweeping reception and lobby area featuring detailed millwork, Terrazzo flooring, wood feature walls, and integrated A/V screens. A custom kitchen and coffee station nearby has unique millwork and intricate overhead lighting. The first floor also features an auditorium with tiered seating, fabric-covered sound absorbing walls, and decorative handrails. Additionally, an auction room has raised flooring, an open ceiling, custom lighting, wall panels, and wraparound A/V walls. The remaining floors incorporate a mixture of open and private offices, conference rooms, and breakrooms. Custom sound absorbing baffles, patterned carpet tile flooring, and demountable partition systems supplement the intricate design of this one-of-a-kind space.
