Project Description

32,000 square foot project for an educational institute of audio and video engineering in the heart of Hollywood. The campus was comprised of two buildings consisting of studio and classroom space and included outdoor amenities featuring a fire pit and a courtyard with stone floor and sun sails. The space featured 30’ high-ceilings in the studio space, exposed MEP in public areas, and floor finishes that incorporated wood, stone, polished concrete and carpet tile.
