Project Description

Sustainability played a central role in the design of the new corporate headquarters for a leading manufacturer of diet supplements. This tenant improvement in West Hills covered 95,000 square feet across two floors. The second floor was entirely re-designed to accommodate the installation of a bleacher-style seating area and interconnecting stairs, simultaneously promoting spaciousness and connection. Additional structural modifications were completed to allow for a two-story, irrigated plant wall feature that extends from the reception area on the 1st floor. Demountable walls and a Turf panel acoustical ceiling provide a waste-conscious, customized solution for sound absorption and privacy. Exterior improvements included adding an EV charging section and brand-new landscaping, in addition to a new entry portal and back porch.
