Project Description

A 111,000 square foot renovation, at the site where HBC successfully executed previous renovation projects for the same client, was seamlessly completed. Private offices, conference centers, catering kitchens, a loggia, multipurpose room, and reception area were all built out with special features such as interconnecting stairs and operable glass walls to give the space a luxurious yet professional ambiance. A wide variety of unique materials were utilized for this extensive project, such as custom pendant feature and linear lights, IOC office fronts, folding and retractable doors, Barrisol ceilings, and custom millwork screens.
