Project Description
Located in Inglewood’s “Hollywood Park,” the NFL Los Angeles project totals over 300,000 square feet of office and studio space. The main lobby features a Corian reception desk with laser cut inset lettering and an expansive LED screen wall. Nearby, a grand staircase with glass guardrails and a stretched fabric ceiling connects all floors. The NFL logo resonates throughout, alongside neon signage, a custom helmet display, and a 600-foot mural referred to as the Creators & Gamechangers Hall. Five top-of-the-line studios, in addition to control rooms, edit bays, a podcast booth, and a screening theater are just a few features of one of the most technologically advanced production facilities ever designed. Adjacent office and postproduction areas offer flexible support spaces, along with talent hosting, entertaining areas, conference rooms, and privacy pods. Several mission critical and MEP infrastructure upgrades were made to the Central Machine Room, which included customizations for increased bandwidth and retention services necessary to provide 24/7 uninterrupted broadcasting capabilities. Each floor features a unique combination of offices, meeting rooms, pantries, and storage; all are emblazoned with bold, football-inspired graphics. A farm-to-table commissary offers healthy options from their own herb and citrus garden, and an outdoor amenity deck with a water fountain and trellis provides numerous seating areas in the Southern California sunshine.
