Project Description

This 5,000 square foot tenant improvement project for a German-based cultural exchange program incorporated some of the most advanced technology for their educational programs. As a result, the project scope included exhibit space with a fully integrated A/V system, a seamless projection screen, durable theater curtains, and nearby private office spaces. While most of the buildout incorporated an open ceiling concept, a pipe grid lighting system was installed in the exhibit space for full customization and lighting design. An interconnecting staircase was also added at the mezzanine to facilitate flow of traffic.
