Project Description

A 150,000 square foot, multi-floor tenant improvement that consisted of a complete demolition and build-out of interior spaces with high-end finishes. Scope included glass offices with custom doors, open area work stations, numerous types of conference rooms, Hubs and gathering spaces, break rooms, and elevator lobbies. Features included custom Los Angeles iconic design elements, high-end millwork, custom lighting, extensive graphics and technology, multiple flooring types, wall finishes, and exposed and custom ceilings. The project followed a strict construction schedule and was completed in phases.
