Project Description

This building, consisting of five stories and over 92,000 square feet, was designed to attract top talent in the entertainment industry with its airy, creative design. High ceilings, featuring acoustical and exposed areas, interconnecting staircases, and large floor plates promote simplicity and openness throughout the workspace. In addition to executive and perimeter offices, the space was renewed with fresh conference centers, lounges, and a reception area. A rooftop deck and multiple terraced balconies provide stunning views of Hollywood. High-end finishes and millwork are dispersed throughout, and specialized lighting is designed to enhance the overall aesthetic. The studio production spaces incorporate state-of-the-art A/V systems, projection screens, and industry-leading technology to facilitate high-quality content production.
