Project Description

Highly-detailed tenant improvement project in downtown Los Angeles totaling 300,000 square feet across eleven floors. The scope of work included complete demolition of the existing space and was divided into two phases to facilitate a staggered move-in process. De-mountable partition glass wall systems were installed in the conference, meeting, and private rooms to create multipurpose areas. Other features included custom wood ceiling and floors, decorative millwork, and adorned glass walls with branding graphics throughout.
