Project Description

Full-floor buildouts took place on the 15th, 17th, 20th, and 21st floors in a preexisting building for this repeat HBC client. The 77,000 square foot project entailed complete renovations featuring wood, metal, stone, and tile accents on all four floors. A phased renovation was completed in the occupied reception lobby and conference center of the 15th floor. The scope of work also included MDF/IDF rooms, IT service areas, and the installation of recessed and pendant lighting throughout. Other interior additions included common areas, multipurpose rooms, and elevator lobbies with a combination of polished concrete floors, carpet floors, tile floors, and open ceilings. On the 20th floor, the existing roof deck was renovated to incorporate indoor/outdoor common areas and workspaces, resulting in a beautiful outdoor terrace with tile flooring, green walls, and turf to provide employees with a relaxing environment and a breath of fresh air.
