Project Description

New corporate headquarters for the iconic shoe and clothing company spanning 169,000 square feet across three full floors.  The scope of work is composed of enclosed offices, conference rooms, open office and multi-purpose areas built on all floors to accommodate 600 employees.  Large conference centers were constructed on each floor to support the design and production teams and various other meeting areas and breakout spaces were created to encourage collaboration.  The creative design features open ceilings, plywood design on millwork and doors, and sealed concrete flooring throughout. 

An exterior interconnecting stair was also added to the building to create both a physical and visual connection between the third floor balcony and the interior courtyard, which will be utilized for all-hands gatherings and social events.  Other highlights include a gym and exercise center, music room, and a café on the ground floor.  The space was designed with sustainability in mind, including solar paneling, throughout to aid in achieving LEED Platinum certification.
