Project Description

Latest project completed for USC-Hoag, encompassing 13,000 square feet of OSHPD 3 tenant improvements.  The scope of work consisted of refreshing the entire space composed of offices, suites, waiting area, shared corridor, and other common areas.  An infusion area was constructed on the first floor, totaling 5,000 square feet, which featured medical grade vinyl flooring, wood panel finishes, and specialized furniture.  The 2nd floor housed an all-new medical oncology clinic.  Other highlights of the project included exterior façade work and the addition of a “healing garden”.
