Project Description

In a multi-phased tenant improvement spanning 7 floors and 2 buildings, improvements were made across 70,000 square feet of occupied space. Five floors were transformed into high end office space, inclusive of perimeter private offices, open-office cubicle space, conference rooms, and a breakroom. Complex lighting packages with lighting controls, custom millwork with stone clad countertops, and a combination of carpet and tile were integrated throughout. An executive suite, complete with several boardrooms, was added on the 12th floor. On the ground floor, a café, adorned with concrete flooring and an open painted ceiling, allows employees to help themselves to self-service coffee and a vending area.
