Project Description

This 75,000 square foot tenant improvement project encompassed three floors and seamlessly blended the client’s residential and commercial environments.  The space required the construction of an interconnecting wood and metal staircase between the three floors.  High traffic hallways and walkways were composed of polished concrete surrounded by millwork flooring and accompanied by one of four “living spaces” that featured designer rugs, custom light fixtures, creative shelving, and sofas or similar seating. 

Carpeted areas outlined the open office workspace and the conference rooms featured hard lid soffits with recessed LED lighting and full-height seamless glazing.  The exposed ceiling design was composed of acoustical treatments with soffits and linear diffusers that highlighted two of the other “living spaces”.  A large break room was also added that featured millwork cabinets, a custom solid surface counter, and was outlined by wood flooring and blue patterned Spanish tile that ran up along a wall and soffit to meet the pendant light fixtures installed above.
