Project Description

Completed for a post-graduate school of psychology and repeat HBC client, this project spans 23,000 square feet and is inclusive of lecture rooms, collaboration rooms, and private offices. The lecture rooms integrate state-of-the-art audio and video equipment for hosting classes and are distinguishable by framed glass office fronts. Nearby conference and huddle rooms include sound-isolating acoustical wall panels and corner-to-corner custom markerboards. The library and student services room feature sound-isolating baffles and hidden, sliding pocket doors. Faculty are equipped with private offices and glass marker boards. The floorplan culminates at the reception and elevator lobby with back painted glass walls, curved wooden fixtures, a vending area, and a 9-screen TV display wall.
