Project Description

Premier tenant improvement on the top floor of a Class A high-rise building in Irvine.  The build featured many unique elements including Klein sliding glass office fronts, with steel framed clad transom glass as well as the addition of a cutting-edge boardroom with full AV integration, stone and leather conference room table, NanaWall system, and an executive pantry.  Tying the new space together was a remarkable single continuous light fixture that encircled the entire floor’s perimeter to create a halo effect from the exterior of the building.  Other features include acoustical ceilings in the reception area, open beamed ceiling elements at workstations, and natural wood and stone finishes throughout.
