Project Description

Sprawling across the third and fourth floors at The Lot Studios in West Hollywood, this 50,000 square foot space embodies the future for this entertainment giant. An opening was carved into the fourth-floor deck to allow for a brand-new staircase, adorned with a combination of wood and metal elements. A glass guardrail wraps around the deck opening, and radius corners further promote a sense of continuity. Natural light pours onto sealed concrete pathways, leading to glass-fronted offices and open work areas. Additional features include a state-of-the-art screening room, executive offices, and celebrity waiting rooms. The café area not only accommodates a staff of 125 people, but it also offers an impeccable view of greater Los Angeles.
