Project Description

A mixture of dense private offices, flowing open offices, variable conference rooms, and functional production rooms make this 22,000 square foot buildout dynamic and customizable. One of the main focal points is a custom glass and millwork feature wall. Nearby, a large break room incorporates multiple ceiling finishes and lighting along with millwork, stone countertops, and wall coverings. The large conference room includes hard lid and T-bar ceilings separated by an operable folding partition. A combination of wood, cork, powder-coated metal, glass, and fabric finishes make up the wall design in the reception area. Additionally, a custom banquette seating area incorporates a mixture of open ceiling, drywall hard lids, and wood baffles along with a mix of recessed fixtures and custom pendant lighting. This project had an aggressive schedule and an out of state architect, which required close coordination and strict turnaround times.
