Project Description

This 35,000 square foot tenant improvement project was completed for a Los Angeles-based internet television provider. Private and open office spaces feature painted open ceilings and floating overhead soffits within the 24-foot deck. Polished concrete flooring leads to conference rooms, lounges, and a reception area with glass-fronted solid wood doors, branded graphics, and a back-painted glass backsplash. The space includes an IDF, IT closet, and genius bar, all of which required significant technological upgrades. Sound masking and A/V integrations are also implemented throughout the entire floorplan. Photography by Brian Hawkins.
