Project Description

Totaling 14,000 square feet, this historic building remodel consisted of new tenant amenities and upgrades to common areas on two floors.  Construction scope included an all new tenant lounge and conference area, a 6,000-square foot gym and locker room on the second floor, and a parking garage with bike storage.  The modern design featured Venetian walls and high-end millwork in the common areas, as well as a mix of polished concrete, wood, carpet, and rubber flooring.
