Project Description

Tenant improvement renovations were completed from the ground floor through the 5th floor, ultimately spanning over 300,000 square feet. Prior to construction, the space underwent minor demolition so as to start with a fresh canvas. From there, doors and restrooms were upgraded with top-of-the-line finishes, enhanced millwork, and upgraded LED fixtures. The kitchen underwent significant renovations, complete with brand new tile, appliances, lighting, and millwork. Exterior window and frames were installed at the podium level, 2nd floor, and 5th floor, while sloped glass was installed on the 3rd and 4th floors.
