Project Description

Designed to bring a casual, innovative atmosphere to the financial realm, this 62,000-square foot space incorporates raw wood textures, steel elements, and an open ceiling with an exposed deck.  A wood-clad staircase connects the two floors, while a stainless-steel slide encased in neon lights provides an alternate way to get around.  Stadium seating offers ample opportunity for collaboration, and training areas are equipped with full-height folding walls and state-of-the-art A/V capabilities.  A large exterior garage door in the break room provides easy access to the outdoors.  Customized user experiences are garnered from high-tech interactive walls with flip disk screen displays and an interactive command center.  This project was designed with sustainability in mind, as high-end linear light fixtures and lighting elements incorporate over 40 types of energy-efficient lighting.
