Project Description

A 45,000 square foot office renovation for a private equity firm included new offices, conference rooms, workstations, bathrooms, storage rooms, IDF rooms, reception areas, wellness rooms, assistant areas, and breakrooms. Walls and floors featured stone and ceramic tiles, custom office fronts, and fabric wall panels. High-end pantry areas had quartz countertops and wood paneling. Linear acoustic ceiling baffles were added for a warm ambiance. The project also installed new partitions, millwork, ceilings, lighting, doors, power/communication systems, and furniture. Highlights include a 36-foot custom conference table and refreshed interconnecting stairs.
