Project Description

The relocation of Legend3D’s offices into this multi-floor, 28,000 square foot space at the new Columbia Square in Hollywood.  The office renovation began at the elevator lobby and reception areas which were enhanced via wood trellises along the walls and ceilings and by all new finishes and illuminated branding.  In addition to those improvements, HBC constructed new executive and general office workspaces, a conference center, data center, and a kitchen area with a full bar and lounge.  Lastly, the scope featured a digital studio highlighted by high-end millwork, Modernfold door office fronts, and a mix between exposed ceiling finishes and acoustical ceiling tiles.
