Project Description

An old 5,000 square foot bank building was converted into a new tenant amenity gym space. The preexisting 12-inch-thick concrete vault was removed to install specialized gym flooring with a multilayered, vulcanized impact flooring system and 12mm thick rubber flooring. In addition to the mirrored equipment areas, this space features women’s and men’s locker rooms equipped with showers and custom-lit mirrors. Other design features included a wood slat entry, ceiling fans with felt blades, and ceiling acoustical treatment for sound control.
