Project Description

Spanning three floors across 75,000 square feet, the renovation of this high-end law office was completed while the building was occupied. To facilitate flow of traffic, the elevator lobby was remodeled, in addition to the installation of a new interconnecting staircase with two-story wood paneling on the adjacent wall. Eight custom secretarial stations and a library incorporate extensive millwork and multiple types of custom wood ceilings. Wood slats line the ADR room, event space, open lounge areas, and private offices. To accommodate the client’s strict move-in date, an expedited schedule was implemented.
