Project Description

This 7,000 square foot design-build project was customized to accommodate the specific needs of a fertility clinic. As visitors enter the suite, they are greeted with a soothing waiting area, complete with a unique ceiling concept. Several ultrasound and exam rooms provide a streamlined patient experience, and an adjacent in-house andrology/embryology lab allows testing and research to occur onsite. The clinic houses two, fully equipped operating rooms and a recovery area with multiple bays. The project scope also incorporated an upgraded generator, UPS, and ATS system.
