Project Description

Moving this financial consulting firm and repeat HBC client to their new space on the 38th floor required calculated coordination and seamless collaboration. The 27,000 square foot space features open work areas, four conference rooms, and three focus rooms, all of which incorporate the convenience of DIRTT system office fronts, motorized blinds, and privacy window film. High traffic areas, such as the elevator lobby and reception area, are lined with durable stone flooring, while vinyl floor tiles embellish the kitchen, computer lab, and breakroom. The rest of the space is carpeted and illuminated via architectural pendant lighting. The conference room is equipped with state-of-the-art A/V and a server room hosts the client’s data and computer equipment.
