Project Description

This 14,000 square foot tenant improvement project encompasses the creation of a new open workspace, enclosed offices, accessory meeting rooms, convenient unisex restrooms, and a pantry with seating. Noteworthy features include continuous linear lights traversing the space, fabric panels on walls and suspended dividers, high-end millwork, and open ceilings. 

Among the special features is a dedicated "Shop," an exclusive store accessible only to employees, offering the company's products. Additionally, there is a designated "Tech Spot" catering to IT needs.
