30,000 Square Feet
Loescher Meachem Architects
Project Description
The creative agency BUCK received a four-floor renovation with custom wood framed storefronts, new interconnecting stairs, and a presentation stage at the stair landing. The 30,000 square foot space had new private and open offices, conference rooms, editing rooms, restrooms, a reception area, and a coffee bar installed, complete with wood ceilings and acoustic baffles. The editing room features a black box to keep highly sensitive client work secure and confidential. To give this creative office space an ambient feel, pendant light fixtures and drapery were installed with directional lighting on the artwork. Mechoshades, Homasote tackboard panels, Conwed acoustical panels, and custom fire clay tile were installed throughout the space. The lounge area features operable partitions and an exterior balcony.
