Project Description

To accommodate this law firm’s exponential growth, an additional 15,000 square feet were added to the original floorplan built out by HBC three years prior. The full floor addition necessitated an interconnecting stairway to join the two levels, which integrated custom lighting on the stairs and carpet, LVT, and porcelain at the stair landings. A brand-new elevator lobby created a streamlined pathway to the relocated reception area. Twenty carpeted offices with glass-fronted walls and wood veneer doors were designed to provide the perfect combination of openness and privacy. A full-height backsplash and solid surface countertop, punctuated with custom millwork, adorns the pantry alongside grind-and-seal polished concrete floors. This project was completed in two phases.
