Project Description

Bank Leumi USA, operating in the U.S. for more than fifty years, is a commercial bank that provides financial services to middle market firms and international businesses through offices in New York, Illinois, California, Florida and a representative office in Israel. Their downtown Los Angeles location in the Gas Company Tower consolidates two previous branches in Beverly Hills and another downtown location.

Imported marble flooring, a Jerusalem stone feature wall in the lobby, and finely detailed ceilings are just a few of the impressive features in the space. Custom designed millwork, glass fronted conference rooms, and a comprehensive security system all required the highest attention. Working closely with CDGLA, Howard Building Corporation coordinated the project through long lead items, such as the custom designed conference table in the main conference room and the high security glass doors that open to the elevator lobby. The Bank opened on schedule and on budget thanks to the excellent collaboration between team members throughout the project.
