Project Description

The scope of this 20,000 square foot renovation consisted of reconfiguring a two-story open warehouse to serve as a showroom and office for the global beauty and personal care company. With significant design input from the CEO, the first floor was transformed into a circular showroom and homage to the brand. High-end finishes, radius millwork, and elegant display cases are strategically arranged underneath a studio-grade lighting setup. A large testing and storage area allow sales representatives to preview the products before they go on the market. Glass partitions demarcate divisions of space on the second floor, creating an office area, conference center, and additional huddle rooms.
