Project Description

This 100,000 square foot mixed-use space was completely renovated for a valued repeat client. This two-story facility now features expansive open work areas, team rooms, conference rooms, training rooms, breakroom and cafe areas, and an impressive boardroom complete with Switchglass and a custom-built 22-foot-long V-shaped wood table. Each conference and training room showcases unique backsplash colors, carpeting, and custom-designed glass fronts. Abundant natural light fills the space through large windows, enhancing its inviting atmosphere. The space also features personal workrooms and glass phone booths for privacy. The ambiance is both modern and inviting, characterized by polished concrete floors, decorative lighting, motorized Mecho shades, and the natural warmth of large open windows.
