Project Description

The "second" phases (2A and 2B) of the campus buildout for the defense company promotes optimal technological advancement inside of an industrial, historic workspace. At 2A, a main reception and entryway greets guests as they enter the multi-tiered open workspace with clean lines and industrial finishes. Open cable staircases and walkways lead to freestanding offices, a "command center" and an angled, elevated freestanding boardroom with SwitchLite glass, plus several open areas for collaboration. 

At 2B, one of the main features of the space is the open market hall with a full commercial kitchen, multiple pantries, dumbwaiter elevator, a cafeteria with various food stations, and three training rooms. After hours meetups can take place either on the exterior patio or in the custom speakeasy.
