Project Description

Created through simple functionality and bold patterns, this 23,000 square foot tenant improvement was completed to equip a residential company with their own bespoke office. A simple, dark reception desk, complete with an inlaid logo, is capped by an aluminum accent wall. Light wood flooring extends throughout and serves as a contrast to dark window and door frames. The open office workspaces are encased by private offices and meeting rooms. Nearby, a large conference room seats up to 30 individuals. Wood and felt baffle ceilings manage sound attenuation in the pantry and the adjacent multipurpose training room. These two rooms are joined via an operable partition that spans the length of the entire wall. Vibrant tile backsplashes in the restroom and pantry areas give each space a unique personality.
