Project Description

Alphaeon provides services for the lifestyle healthcare industry with a focus on connecting clients with physicians who can assist in wellness, beauty and performance.  This growing industry offers clients the opportunity to plan an overall approach to their health that extends beyond utilizing doctors only for illness.  Alphaeon’s headquarters, designed by Alexis Manfer in conjunction with Gensler, reflects the company’s culture and brand as a leader in the lifestyle healthcare industry.

The 25,000 square foot project encompasses an entire floor and includes the addition of two large conference rooms, a presidential suite, board room, and two smaller perimeter conference rooms among perimeter offices.  Reception occurs immediately off the elevators in a round, pristinely white space with marble flooring and a custom built, round millwork desk.  The clean, white palette of the room is punctuated dramatically with the company’s red rose logo behind the reception desk.

The two main conference rooms are appointed with floor to ceiling glazing, back painted glass marker boards, and advanced technology audio visual capabilities.  A wood floor pathway runs between the core lined with millwork storage cabinets and red up-lit ceiling coves, and the perimeter offices that include the President’s private suite, the adjoining board room with the circular, 16-person conference table, and private offices and conference rooms.  A kitchen and break room is centrally located, and small touchdown rooms provide individuals with spaces to work in privacy.

The attention to detail in the design of the space is flawless, giving the white palette a clean appearance punctuated by the red furnishings and vases of the company’s iconic red roses throughout.
