Project Description

As an add-on to the tenant’s existing office on the floor above, this 30,000 square foot space was designed to accommodate an aircraft leasing company’s further expansion. A newly-built interconnecting staircase provides visual and physical unity, while high-end finishes, millwork, and lighting tie the design together. This project took even the slightest details into account, including managing traffic with the combination of distinctive carpet and stone flooring, implementing a glass feature wall on the stair landing, and importing wall panels from esteemed vendors. Key features include a vertical-folding Skyfold partition door, airplane simulation room, and a digital media wall. The perfect blend of open and closed office spaces caters to a complete set of needs alongside a high-density storage file room, lounge, felt-lined reception area, and two coffee bars.
