Project Description

This project encompassed a 34,000-square foot, full demo and re-build of two floors with an open floor plan and open ceilings. The design included two fully functioning sound stages with acoustic treatments, studio sound and lighting infrastructure, custom glass partitions, custom millwork, and acoustic finishes. Construction consisted of the addition of perimeter offices, conference rooms, and renovation of restrooms along with multiple areas that were transformed into state-of-the-art virtual reality demonstration rooms. Other highlights included the addition of collaboration areas with freestanding graphic walls, a full kitchen with custom island seating, all new mechanical/HVAC systems throughout the space including roof top package units, and the build out of a 5,100 square foot space intended for sub-tenant use. High-end materials were used throughout the space including custom patterned carpeting, custom floating acoustic ceilings, custom tile, and an LED lighting package with wireless lighting controls.
