Project Description

A 10,000 square foot ground floor lobby space was reconfigured and upgraded with convenient features such as elevator cabs, lounges, and conference rooms. Two existing retail tenant spaces were transformed—one was restructured into a café with curved structural glazing, and the other became a conference room with bleacher seating and interior landscape planters. The lobby’s finishes were upgraded with terrazzo and marble flooring, wood plank panels, and wood slat ceilings with maple veneer. A preexisting restaurant tenant space was transformed into an office amenity lounge for current and future tenants.
