Project Description

This 15,500 square foot office space, located on the 22^nd floor, was completed in 20 weeks. In addition to the perimeter offices equipped with demountable partitions, the tenant improvements included a new reception area with a water feature, wood wall panels, and a wood slat ceiling. Three large conference rooms were outfitted with telescoping doors and acrylic top credenzas, multiple team huddle rooms, a game room, and a nautical-themed pub-style lounge. Other features included a sizable kitchen and galley area, new restrooms with gap-less partitions, and all new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing finishes. There was also a mixture of pendant, recessed, and downlit light fixtures, in addition to LVT, polished concrete, and carpet flooring as part of the scope. Finishing touches included new branding logos behind the reception desk and elevator lobby.
