Project Description

This 19,000 square foot office space incorporates a custom-built ALUR system throughout, along with hanging pendants and custom millwork.  A white, open ceiling overlies sealed concrete floors in the office area, while a hard-lid ceiling extends across tile flooring in the lobby.  The entryway is equipped with a fire-rated storefront system which adds an additional layer of security.
