Project Description

An upscale renovation entailing a facelift of the common areas in a Class A office building which is part of the Pasadena Collection owned by McCarthy Cook. Coming in at just under 7,000 square feet, the small, but charming space received all new finishes and décor in the lobby and elevator area, conference center, training rooms, and entertainment lounge.  The construction scope also included the addition of an open-ceiling fitness center, complete with tiled locker rooms and showers.
