Maggie Minnella joined HBC early in her career, starting as a receptionist, and she has since grown into one of the most influential and respected leaders at HBC. Her detailed-oriented nature and passion for the people she works with make her effective at overseeing our Orange County office personnel. She inspires staff to continue to learn and grow, stand up for what they believe in, and give back to the community. As Director of Administration, Maggie works interdepartmentally to continue to develop an efficient and cohesive office that enables employees to reach their full potential. People are the most important and most rewarding aspect of her position, and she thrives on daily interactions with staff, clients, and colleagues.
