Joe Krill
Joe’s knowledge of complex and variable tenant improvement projects, in addition to expertise in structural work, site work, and the MEP trades has allowed him to offer unique solutions to superintendents, architects, and engineers while being cognizant of scheduling conflicts. He encourages his team to maintain an organized project while promoting consistent collaboration and communication from all trades, colleagues, and industry partners. He believes the team’s input often results in faster and better practices that can help in a job’s success, while increasing overall cohesiveness. He hopes to continue to mentor other HBC superintendents by sharing his experience and his planning and scheduling strategies.
“HBC has depth in all aspects of construction, and we all work as a cohesive team. There is always someone with the knowledge to support every project, both in the field and in the office. HBC has been given the opportunity to build some of the most difficult and high-profile projects in the region and has always done so with success. I am proud to be a part of this team.”
